    The Shard 2

More - not B&W this time. There is a lot of glass on the viewing platform and I was trying to use it to enhance the shots as eliminating was not an option. Thoughts on how to improve on this technique welcome for the next visit. I've played with the lighting in PP but still not entirely happy with the first one of my mum in law

    The Shard 2

And this was another of the little details... I've selectively played with the levels on this to bring the bolt out of the mist - does it work ? what more could I do to make it better ?

What software do you have? Have you tried applying a bit of contrast to the image? Also, what settings were you using when you took the photographs?

To be honest I fiddled with the image so much I have forgotten what I did and didn't do. I'm using photoshop elements v11

If you still have the RAW image I'd run it through ACR again and after you've adjusted the exposure and set your white/black points, try adding a bit of vibrance and contrast to the image.

I saw what you did in Shard Part 1 so it appears you've worked out shooting near glass.

Thanks John - I'll give it a go
