Absent context, perhaps yes. But I see a story here about how the building has implicit business in the sky - derives and reflects power from up there, etc. so I like it with all that power and glory going on above.

Welll...the more I look at it, the more I like it. The harsh sky is an omen of forboding to the quiet scene representing the church. A contrast in feeling...
