Hello All.
Leaving this location on Wednesday, and will miss it. Taken alot of photos and hopefully can post more soon as I think I got a few good ones - for me :0







SOOC as some of you know, I am not into the PP yet, but am going to try it as soon as I leave here. I will have plenty of time in the next month to learn, not shoot.
I did not resize these so they are alittle out of whack. Learning that too.. geez.

These are really excellent, Nancy. Sharp and bright and I'll be you'll have lots of good times working on these, but they will demonstrate the hard truth about PP: it depends mostly on what you start with, and you've fortunately got plenty of goodness here. There's an annual nesting spot for Ospreys near where I spend summers and the parents always buzz me when I try to get close. Looks like you had good luck that way.

Well done Nancy, the third is a great capture. I would encourage you to move into post processing and shooting RAW ( if you do not now). So much can be done to enhance an image. I am partial to Adobe Lightroom doing 95% or what I do in that software and it maintains a catalog of all my images, so finding a particular image is easy. I have read you are in Ft. Myers now, safe travels to your next location.

Joe, we will be in Wauchula near Sebring until mid-April. May take some day trips to different nature parks etc.

Great capture (#3) and wonderful timing. Gorgeous colours and light. I have yet to find an osprey anywhere, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful birds! Happy New Year!
