    Porky

Generally, it's hard to tell which end is which with these characters. I was pleased with what I got out of this heavily backlit shot - let's hear it for PP. C&C of any sort appreciated.

Wonderful image Mark - too many of these guys end up as road kill up this way. I'm always amazed at how well they can climb trees. You might want to try dodging the face a tiny bit to see if you can bring out a bit more detail. You might also want to consider putting a vignette on the shot to downplay the bright sky a bit to see how that works.

    Thjanks, John.
Manfred - good suggestions: I already had a good bit of vignette, but pushed it some more and tried a little LCE on the face. To good effect, i think.

I love that you were able to capture Eyes, claws, and quills through all that bramble. Great work.

Relevant saying is: Better lucky than good. But thanks, James.

Very nice. A seemingly impossible shot (focusing through the branches. So cute and the light is gorgeous.

Thanks Christina. Manual focus. The subject wasn't moving too fast for it!
