Grasshopper - shorter antennae.
These may look obvious against a bright background but down amongst the dead grasses, where they normally live, they totally merge into the background.
Some grasshoppers/crickets do change colour between the juvenile (nymph) forms and adults. And some adults can have rather widely differing colour forms.
