I rather like this one. Gray today, but promising...

Nice colours Pops, the clouds look great.

I'm not sure but I might try cropping out the lake and just leave the sillouhette of the houses and trees. That's just me though, I'm always wanting to crop something. I think the perspective seems better without the slanted shorline. If the lake stays, then it looks like it needs a counter clockwise rotation. That's just me though. It looks like it was a nice evening, and the good thing is that spring will soon be here.

How are things going with the birds at the feeders?

Yes I tend to agree with Wendy. I'm finding my eyes being drawn away from the sunset in order to try and see what is happening in the gloom of the lake. There would be less conflict of interest without it; especially with that dark cloud above the skyline.

In one sense, the lake in the foreground is necessary, as it was shot for the local people. Moses Lake is named such for a reason, doncha know.

I'm playing with cropping but in 4:3 or 5:4 format, I lose more of the sides than I like. I suppose I could crop for a non-standard size, but ....

I'm working on it. I might have another one to put up after a bit. I'm going through the students homework this weekend, so time is limited.
