It is very strong, and it does look cold. Nice capture. I like the way the shutter speed straddles "frozen" vs. oversmoothed. The oranges and pinks are amazing. I've had problems with strong sunsets and sunrises being so vivid and so outlandishly hued (as with here) that they seem doctored or unbelievable. You've pulled it off, but still, it does register as "hard to believe".
