    Our Real Heroes & Guardians

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

I clicked both the images at India Gate.

    1st Image:
It was a quick one and i was on 50mm Prime lens, couldnt zoom and i had around 20-30 people around me and no place to move anywhere, wanted to bring his cap and whole gun in the frame. He was talking to someone on that time and i suddenly clicked. Not sure if chopped cap & gun makes it a good or a bad shot.

    2nd Image:
Here i tried to capture him looking at the gun & the helmet, which is very famous among Indians. Just wanted to draw viewer's attention from him to the "Amar Jawan" (Gun & Helmet).

    Thank You

    Hi Raj,
I particularly like No.1, the cropping off of the hat & gun are OK with me, the picture feels balanced.
    Well done.

Nice images although I am not terribly keen on tilted frames. Do you know if the weapon he is holding is the Indian Licensed and manufactured version of the AK-47?
