I love the simplicity combined with the complexity of this image... I would however, suggest either cropping or cloning out the dark area at the top image right...

    Great eye!

I definitely agree with Richard about the dark area in the top. I prefer cloning it because cropping will prevent the band of light from reducing to the tiny width that we've now seen is so nice.

Hmmmmmmmmm. I just realized something that doesn't seem right -- the bright area includes some leaves that are not elsewhere in the photo. This seems not just odd but also impossible in the real world that the bright sunshine would be aligned so perfectly with a unique patch of vegetation or that such a unique patch would even exist.

I would be willing to bet that you combined two photographs. Am I right?

    hi friends,
thanks very much for the feed backs.
As you suggest I cropped from the top.
I think now it would be better to see..

    Hi Drishya,

It looks better with your latest edits.

Just an observation . If that pathway is still in use, maybe it has to be cleared so it will be safe to cross over.

    Simple and effective.

My initial thoughts were was it an area that had not had weed spraying treatment.

That's an amazing situation and I still commend you for having the eye to see it. Thanks for explaining it!

You still left a small area of the dark stuff in the top right corner that is a distraction.

I agree about the cropping - bring the right edge closer to the path and this does two things: first it cuts out the dark area so that the scene is pretty uniform in color and texture. Secondly it makes the path sweep into the center top center of the image at it approaches its vanishing point and creates more movement in the image. I like that you made this in landscape orientation rather than portrait as I think a lot of people might have been tempted.
