Good catch that is a street light and would have been easy to clone out but I missed it!

Nice photos Roger. #1 is a bit tightly cropped on the right side; perhaps to minimise the presence of the platform. Could you have positioned yourself to avoid it? I'd probably take the liberty of removing it in PP, simulating the change in position.
What camera settings did you use? You have a new camera; how does it compare in noise to your previous one? I have a Canon 40D and am thinking of upgrading to the 70D with the expectation of less noise, and am interested in your experience with it.
