    Feral Deer

At the start of our Colorado visit my wife and I were rather excited as a doe brought her fawn around to the house and with my camera upstairs I grabbed SWMBO's Panasonic FZ3 [ 3Mp bridge camera ] and tip-toeing along the veranda got this shot of fawn. Doe was nervous of humans and quickly took them into thick bush

Some six weeks later and ready with my GH2 Mother stood while I took her portrait.

The heerd slowly moved up the valley and I followed them and subsequently realised that here was fawn about six weeks older ... still a bit 'spread legged' but growing well.

So cute! I love the way you captured the 2nd deer looking right at you. Exceptional detail.
