To me the reason most people love phone camera is the convenience. I don't know if this will work, I think Nokia is desperate.

Yes they are and been reading too many photo blogs to boot![]()
I think it is a good thing.
Interesting to read the comments on the linked post.
The only RAW a cell phone shooter knows is raw meat.![]()
It "MIGHT WORK" however, I gave up my Nokia Lumia Smartphone and replaced it with my wife's old iPhone when she upgraded phones. I have never hated a phone as much as I disliked the Lumia. IMO, it was a PITA to use. Despite the iPhone I am now using being several years and a generation older than the Nokia, I am far happier with the iPhone.
For me the fun of shooting with a phone is the lack of conventional photographic rules - shutter speeds, apertures, DoF and RAW. I want and really enjoy the "See it and shoot it" flow I can achieve with a phone where I take pictures of anything just because I can.
For some reason I tend not to do this as much with a SLR and I miss fun shots.
I'm not bothered so much about the quality its just an enjoyable experience.
On a side note the 1520 is HUGE!!!!!!
Why on earth you'd want to lug it around every second of every day I'll never understand.
