    Hi Ruckus,

I'm not familiar with them or their marketing policy, but can you buy the Lite now, and upgrade to the Pro later if need be, for (almost) the same total price as just buying Pro now?

Many such smaller s/w companies make it almost a "no loss" transaction if you download the software. Might be worth checking out their upgrade rules and prices.

If you can, the answer is fairly obvious

    Cheers,

Hi Ruckus - Before buying anything check out Picturenaut (Google for web address). It's free, easy to use and very informative re HDR and tone-mapping.

    Cheers

    Cheers,
Ya didnt think about that just checked thier website nd looks like you can so might give it a try and see how I like the light version.

Also David I tried to download picturenaut many times and something always goes wrong with the install. Going to try to get that worked out befoe I make the purchase of photomatix.
