Coming and Going
Hi
I must get around to posting more regularly. I wondered what your thoughts were on this. The reflections are in a piece of art work by Robert Morris that was displayed in the Tate in Liverpool.

Re: Coming and Going
Clive, it is an interesting concept. But to be honest, I am not understanding a story this image should be telling. There are 4 shots with peoples' legs shown standing or walking, but there is no clue about why they are there. I don't know how to improve upon what you've done. And, just for the record, since you are creating art, don't feel bad if someone doesn't "get it" or has a different taste. Nice try.

Ken
Thanks for the input. I don't mind if you don't "get it", I'm not even sure if I "get it" and I certainly won't feel bad, I appreciate that people take the time to look, think and comment.
Personally I find the empty shots (colour or black and white) aesthetically pleasing. I don't know whether they are a great shot or not, but I like the lines and the texture.
The other shots are there to try to add dynamics to the overall image. There is a story - a person walks in, they come close together, they move off together and then the first person walks off faster. I don't know what the story is - it's up to the imagination. I don't know about it being art, let's class it as observation.
regards
Clive

Re: Coming and Going
Nice idea, Clive. The woman in the centre bottom seems to have an extra leg growing out of her right arm, though.
