That's a very will lit picture. It brings out the texture of the food and makes it look very attractive.

There is a lot that I like about the image...lighting, colors, napkin covering tablecloth, apple layout, to mention a few. What I'm not sure about is the layout/creativity of the image as a whole.
Did you play with the overall arrangement/placement of the various parts and/or try various f/stops to experiment with different DOF appearances?
