The weather over the last few days has been pretty miserable, dull, dank and a lot of rain. This morning I stepped into a garden that was very soggy indeed. BUT... it had stopped raining, and although a bit dull it was absolutely still with every leaf, branch, pot, cobweb, covered in hanging droplets.
So, camera (Canon 7D), Macro lens (Canon 100mm), Tripod, Tablet (Nexus 7), and a stacking session until the breeze came about 30 mins later.
I shot between 10 and 13 stepped shots for each image using Helicon Focus loaded on the Nexus tablet to control the focus. Then used PS6 to stack and blend.
Not the greatest images I have ever created, but pleasing (to me), and, I got them on a day that was not a good one for photography. (An hour later and all the droplets had disappeared.... but not the sogginess!)
