Gosh you are just so lucky stumbling across such great lighting with no dodging or burning needed at all.
Very well done even it it was not as straight forward as it looks.

Thanks L.Paul - the dynamic range on my X100S was set to auto, and manages the highlights well when shooting in these contrasty scenes. Off the main streets and into the side alleys and pedestrian streets there are so many good spots with great light and textures - it's just a case of finding them
