    Minimalist Abstract II

Shane probably thinks she knows what I photographed to make this one and I would be willing to bet that she's wrong.

Darn Mike, I'm still trying to figure out the technicalities of the last one and you throw this one at me!

I'm off to think about light, transparent objects and reflections...my head just might explode soon

    Nice image BTW

Nice image. I'll guess that your models are two dinner plates placed together. (I'm going to steal your idea on this one.)

Thanks, Karm! Though I would be honored that any idea of mine would be worth using and though you're correct that there are two subjects, they are not plates.

I guess I just flunked Visual Puzzles 101. (You are going to tell us, right?)

Now that Shane has been given sufficient time to think about it, I'm happy to tell you: The subjects are the same pitcher handles shown in this photo and this photo that I made nearly a year ago.

In the new abstract version, the handles are just barely touching each other. They are on the same plane and parallel to the camera's sensor (well, as close to that as I could get them using only my eye). Though the photo is displayed horizontally, it was captured vertically. (Yes, I realize that is an unfair trick when you're trying to guess what the subjects are. I like unfairness when I'm the one being unfair. )

I like this one a lot. It does not hurt my brain like some of your glasswork.
