How about buying a tele conversion lens for my Sony DSC-H20? the camera already has 10X zoom, I mean would I really feel the difference without noticing noise or dark areas or this stuff? any suggestions or experiences?

We have a VCL-DH1758 x1.7 teleconversion lens that we used on the Sony DSC-H5. The teleconversion lens worked well but we didnt really use it that much. Its somewhat bulky on the end of the camera lens and makes stabilization a little more difficult. The quality of the lens is very good (at least compared to other lenses of the same type.) We no longer have the H5 but still have the teleconversion lens lying around here somewhere. If you take a lot of telephotos shows - say birds or wildlife - then it might be a good choice.
