Vancouver Scenery for Kevin and Bud

Photographed from the ferry with my Nikon D80 F16, iso 100 or 200, matrix metering, f11 - f16... Shot mid day so the light was not the best and no tripod on hand so not so sharp. A good out of my comfort zone thing for me...

Landscapes are not my thing but posting so Kevin and Bud can see the potential for landscape photos. Vancouver and Vancouver island are full of beautiful mountain, forest and water vistas.

    Thanks much, Christina.

Looks like great potential. When is the height of the leaf color in the fall?

My pleasure... It truly is a beautiful place for landscapes... I'm guessing but I think the height of the leaf colour for fall would be late September, early October.... And if you visit Vancouver let me know because we are surrounded with forests with rivers and waterfalls, just like you like to photograph...
