Hi,
Upon blank file(file ,new, blank file)I put "sheets" from yours then gradient tool(two times)-first from white to blue then from white to yellow at an angle about 60-70 from horizontal,then filter, distort, liquify.I hope I did not forget anything. This had to be done because vertical position closed right side too much and the sky did not justify the "balet"from the left side neither the crane of course.(40 min.)
