I just finished with one quite similar, down to the green tinge, light reflection from the grass, on the abdomen.
Desaturating that area took care of the problem.

Bruce, I don't really care for the monochrome but I'm not really into that so take it with a grain... The second one looks too bright and the third one looks a little oversaturated. It could be my monitor as it's a laptop and is not calibrated. Maybe others will chime in.

By the way, in the first one what is that thing in the grass that you cropped out later? Is it a fawn?

Terri, the field where this pic was taken was covered with deer. I do not know if it is a fawn, but it is another deer.

My monitor is calibrated and I prefer the original photo for the rich colours but looking at it again, the greens on the grass, in spots do seem a little bright so likely somewhere in between the two shots, but it could be my eyes

Christina, thank for viewing, and your comments. The first color shot was over saturated. The last pic was closer to the scene on the day it was shot-it was an overcast day in October.
