    Fly Past

Tried so many times to capture one of these little blighters but they are so fast. Taken at the side of my house in the Farmers field where they tease and dive bomb me every day, they have a nest under my roof and in the adjacent empty barns so there must be about 30 feeding all day - mesmerizing to watch.

    Joanne,

Well you certainly captured this one. It would be interesting to know at around what speed they actually fly at.

Very nicely done, joanne. I like the blur , from panning, in the field as well. Adds a sense of speed.

Those things are extremely fast(like a bullet with wings) and hard to get a focus lock on.
