Re: Life Guard Stand
Very dramatic! The dark clouds really add a foreboding feel to the image and compliments the HDR treatment IMHO.
Am I seeing some ghosting around the reeds on the left or is that some movement in the shot due to wind?

Brilliant sky.
The stand itself is a little over tone mapped for me (but that's personal taste), but it's certainly got energy and drama. Good bit of work.

Re: Life Guard Stand
Thanks guys. I think the stand might be a little over processed and the ghosting around the sea oat is from movement. I'm going to do it again and correct those areas. Thank you so very much for bringing it to my attention. You guys are fantastic. It's hard to see those things after you've been working on the image for hours and sometimes days.

Kevin, nice composition and i like its stormy feeling. Definitely redo it with the suggestions given by other viewers.

Excellent ... I think. All the elements (bits) in the picture are now in harmony and it is much more a complete image, in my opinion. I just love that sky.
