Hi, Christina! Yes, you really found a gem! Good focus on its head. I like it very much.
If mine, I would only consider cropping the upper part a little.
Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Otavio... I also truly appreciate the advice on cropping.
I'd agree that you did find one here, Christina. I also agree with Otavio's recommendation of a different crop. IMO I'd go all the way to a horizontal format. You've already clipped part of the tail so clipping the toes of the OOF foot doesn't really detract from the overall image. I'd use a horizontal crop with the bottom of the frame just below the toes of the front foot. Just a thought.
Hi Christina. You made the cold blooded beast look human. Nice capture. I would eliminate a lot of the space above it and try to recover detail in whatever its resting on.

Gem!
Plus, how you got it to pose for you with that head-tilt!
Nice model you have Christina. And an excellent shot.
I'd also suggest adding a gradient to the bottom part to darken it a bit so you can bring more attention to your subject.
Very cool capture Christina!! Well done..we should get him a name.. How bout Tilt?
Definitely a gem.
Thank you to all for your comments and suggestions. I'm still struggling with when and where to crop a photo so very helpful, and I will also try a horizontal crop. The gradient is also a nice idea and once I finish the LR tutorials I will move on to the PS Elements tutorials and learn how to do this. And then I will practice on the photos I save including this one.
Victor & Karm, I found "Tilt" on a rooftop in Mexico and hung around him/her for an hour, likely longer... By then Tilt seemed to be very comfortable with me and my camera. He/She was really cute.. adoptable but returned to the jungle to join his/her family.
Great capture. I have nothing to add that has not already been said. I did wonder if you got a model release!
All I can say is this - BEAUTIFUL....
Great shot Christina - I would leave it just as it is. I find that the two tone green at the top of the image are needed to balance the bright off-white at the bottom of the image.
Ken, Roger, Bobo and Manfred. Truly a delight to know that you like this photo
Roger.... Yes, wild and free and a happy little fellow.
