Berry College Chapel
I took this photo at Berry College in Rome, Georgia several years ago. The campus at Berry College is one of the largest campuses in the USA, if not the largest. C&C most welcomed. Bruce

Re: Berry College Chapel
Hi Bruce,
What a lovely campus chapel! I don't know what, if anything really needs to be done to this. I might thy to photoshop out the green light post towards the right. Other than that, I think it's interesting as it is. Maybe sharpen up the spire. I want to walk down that sidewalk and walk around the building to see what the rest of it looks like! I like how it is a bit off center too!

Re: Berry College Chapel
Very nice, Bruce. Campuses are a great place to get some nice architectural shots. This would make a really nice sunrise/sunset shot if you get back there, and wont make the light so tricky to handle with all the contrast.

Re: Berry College Chapel
A well composed shot Bruce in my opinion. I like the way the path leads directly to the chapel. The trees either side frame the building nicely.

Re: Berry College Chapel
Thank you Kevin, and Dave for your kind comments. Rome is about a hour's drive from where I live so it would not be difficult to take some sunrise/sunset shots.

Re: Berry College Chapel
Hi Bruce.
A few things to think about...
This photo was taken when the Sun was fairly high in the sky giving some harsh lighting conditions. You might want to try lightening the shadows and darkening the highlights a bit.
Another thing you might try in the future is taking the shot from a different angle so the church isn't as squared to the image plane. A few steps to either side may give the image a more dynamic appearance, but still would retain the sidewalk as a leading line into the church.
