    waiting to move on

Hi folks, the title might seem a little awkward, but at this age children are mostly moving (fast). This little girl was so nice to hold there for a moment and I took this almost snapshot. What attracted me was the light coming through the foliage. I wanted the result to be have a warm tone (bronze-like or something alike...). Happy to hear what you think.

Great lighting, expression, and I love the slippers.

Dappled light under trees and in bush is difficult to get right but you have managed very well. Charming photo.
