Helpful Posts: Got a new Nikon D7100 yesterday and tried it out on the dogs. We had about a foot of new snow Friday and into Saturday morning. The dogs love it.

Thanks for the comments, folks. The snow that fell last weekend is pretty much gone. We are back to where we were with spring melt. For the most part snow remains only in shady spots and at elevation.

SOLD! I've been eyeing the D7100, its definitely in my future......especially now since you have provided solid, concrete, scientific evidence it pairs nicely with the GSP.
Great shots. Seriously....white white snow and dark dark dogs and is that in full sun?

Thanks, guys. These were all shot in pretty clear sunlight by Alaska standards. Maybe slightly hazy.
Debbie, yes the D7100 is now offially GSP approved
