    Great species, very well captured. Artistic representation of the pair, the female out of focus. I like it! I need to start getting these low angle shots....

    Great shot. I love the murky green background and I agree that the OOF female adds to composition. In the bird world, it seems that the male does get all the attention!

    Another awesome shot. Man you're killin' it with that 600mm. I like the OOF mate in the BG. But the water makes the image IMO. I agree with a prior comment you made in that there is something really special about the way that lens isolates the subject. Of course the key is that is being properly pointed

    Yes, From the kayak. The Frame is a script. I purchased it a few years ago for $5. The author no longer sells them.

    Thanks. For me the water is the nicest part of the image as well. I don't know how the 600 renders it this way but it is unique to this lens compared to others I have used including the 400 2.8
