    Young Love (CC please!)

I wanted to share a session I did for a couple a few weeks ago. They were completely adorable, and the young man was absolutely head-over-heals about his beautiful girlfriend. It was a very, very sweet session.

General CC would be great on any of the posted images.

A good set of shots - I particularly like the relaxed happy expressions in the B&W. The last shot due to the lighting and flare has suffered a bit too much in contrast and saturation.

An averall very good set, #2 and #3 are really excellent!

    Just few thoughts:

I think you should be a bit more carefull when framing and avoid cutting ears.

In #1 the eyes color is a bit exaggerated + cut ears
#2 for me a bit wider or narrower frame,
#3 I don't like the placement of your signature,
#4 the frare is not that pleasing but the softeness is + part of a ballon missing.

Actually for #2 and #3 they are just minor problems for me, I really love your photos.

    Thank you!

I wanted to pull out further on the head shots, but I only had a small stepping stool. I learned my lesson, though, and will now bring a ladder for those shots.

I was also disappointed to have cut off the balloon. But I loved the pop of color it brought to our pre-spring session.

A pity about the exposure problems in the last image, Cat, that could have been an excellent photo with good composition, even with a 'cropped balloon'.

It may be worth playing around with some editing to increase the shadows and saturation a little.

I will try and play with it a bit more tomorrow evening. Is the flare just too intense? I'll look up some tutorials on how to get contrast/shadows back from 'overly flared' images.
