Your foreground also seems rather green, but that may be reflection or natural light in dappled conditions.
Your background is rather 'difficult' which can't be avoided. But I would try cropping a fraction tighter at the top and right side to reduce the area of background. Then selectively reduct the highlights a fraction.
Basically, a nice pose with a well focused head and eye.
