Thanks Donald & Debbie. The method I use is to print a Black & White photo on matte photo paper & sepia tone it. I then use Marshall's photo oils which apply a transparent color so the photos details remain visible. The oils are applied with cotton swabs and cotton balls. For fine detail lines I use the Marshall's pencils. I then have the photos scanned to digital.
