    Hey all,

I just snapped this one. I was taking a picture of something else and turned around and took this one and ended up liking it.

I like it. Looks like there is a story there. If she were a blonde it would be a film noir. Technique is excellent.

I like it too, though I would crop considerably off the left and bottom. Another option is to crop considerably off the left and the top.

    Hi Jason,

I was fooling around with my camera the other night, doing shots on a monopod. For some reason I shot a diagonal interior and was surprised with the outcome. Personally I think diagonal interiors work very well.

This shot is well composed with an overall feel that attracts the viewer. The eye is led to the couple making you wonder what this place is and where they are going. There is a sence of danger and secrecy about the image.

    Very good, I like it.

    I love it Jason.

It screams 1960's Bond movie at me and they are obviously on a secret mission!

    Re: 1 shot

thanks everyone for replying. Mike, I probably wont attempt a crop because I want to have the feel of the viewer being someone sneaking up on the couple, leaning over from behind the pillar, to keep watch of where they are going. Not sure if that is achieved in the composition but thats what my idea was. But thank you, its always helpful to have other opinions.

Jason, I also like this photograph. I might crop a bit off the left so that the picture's left side aligned with the wall's bottom edge. I think this is a type of picture where different crops strongly affect the photo's meaning.

    Re: 1 shot

I like that a lot better. In fact, it proves that the far more severe crops that I suggested aren't needed. I forgot to mention in my previous post that the conversion works perfectly.
