Very interesting portraits, Otavio, great sharp character shots. That bird is several thousand kilometers from home though, and it is a juvenile, I think.

The images are what matter, I especially like #1.

Don't want to be picky, but the transitioning bill colour, developing face colours, and small throat pouch suggest juvenile. Happy to be corrected, though.

Dave, you might be right. Looks like the adult will have the cheeks fully white. So, this one might be a young one. Well observed!
