While returning to my workplace at Darjeeling i spotted this beautiful bird. Unfortunately weather was cloudy and background was also awful. Anyway i took this one as this bird is very rarely seen.C&C welcome.

Did very well with exposure Might have even open the compensation more to get detail in the bird's head area. Nothing wrong with blowing the bg, do like high key images !!! Normally for those conditions +2 1/3 or more would be common !!
.... framing wise would try placing the bird closer to the UL corner, small subject in frame usually looks better towards a corner !
