I like the composition of #3 the best. #1 and #2 seem to bring the rocks so close that perspective on where you are is lost. But I like wide landscapes so take that for what it's worth.
I'm unsure about #4. My eyes keep getting drawn to the city but my mind wants the side of the mountain to be the subject.

I really like the layers of color and textures in #2. I love the color in the foreground too.

#4 is my favourite, I like how my eyes go to Madrid and then I have move them to the rocks. Nice

Thanks Didace, Terry and Stephen for your comments. I like #1 and #3 the most, as the tones of the rocks interest me.
I wanted to show the contrast between the rocky mountain and the city in #4, which indeed creates a tension between them.
