Of the owls the burrowing owl has to be THE CUTEST.
Thanks for sharing these very nice shots.
Hi Joe. Very nice shots of an interesting bird!
It seems that you managed to walk pretty close to them (Maybe 15 to 20 meters?) which is a hard task, as they use to fly away before...
Thanks for sharing these very nice images!
Love those big yellow eyes. You've been cranking out some nice images as of late. A little magenta in the second image will get rid of the green cast.
These are all fabulous. I might play around with the crop on all of them. Not that I find anything wrong with what you have here, but it seems that there are a lot of different things that you could do that would produce a variety of different images each with its own story.
Nicely done, Joe. I have yet to catch these owls as the live on the east side of our state. Hopefully this year. I did get some owls today though. =}
The last one is my favourite but they are are very refreshing to look at.
Wonderful images Joe.
I have never seen an owl in the wild here but something that's on my to do list.
Cheers, Greg
Hi Joe,
That's very cute! Awesome! Didn't know owl live in the ground. Very interesting too. Thanks for sharing.
I'm so glad you are here to share with us, Joe! #1 & # 4 are my favorites.
Hi Joe, a very good set of images of a beautiful bird. You've captured the markings spot on and given us a good idea as to the habitat and where they nest. Do they nest in the ground because of a lack of tree habitat?
