Hi, I have a comment about the last picture. Maybe the way I would have photographed it, a little bit lower, so the shoes are more attention-focusing and have both the shoes and the person in focus, kindda deeper DOF it was possible, I don't know what you used as a lens. Other than that, It's a very good picture of a man in his working surroundings.

I wish you would post an original with the edit for comparison.
What I have read about Silver Efex, it seems every B&W lover should be using it.

I tend to disagree with Armand as I think the shoes not being in focus draws attention to the man's face.
