How can I create a mist or fog in Lightroom 4 ?

Hi everyone i have lightroom 4 and wanted to know if a fog or mist effect could be created in my photos using only lightroom 4? also if anyone knows a way to acheive this could you please help? any help will be much appreciated

Tiffen's Dfx3.0 has fog, double fog, and defog, all of which I've used to good effect.
