Black Eyed Susan
Look better? Used Elements and saved it from RAW. I didnt think it looked pixilated like my other pictures. Please let me know how it looks and feel free to go back to my other pictures and compare. Thank you
Taken at my cottage in the garden by the lake.

Re: Black Eyed Susan
It's a nice picture, but I think you cropped to much and it's not sharp.
Try focus stacking.

Re: Black Eyed Susan
It seems that you have solved your uploading issues, at least certainly in this case.
This type of subject can be presented in any number of ways successfully. This one is certainly one of those ways. Well done!
Personally, I would prefer a little more space on the left or to crop it to take the left pedals to the edge of the frame. Try experimenting with those options to determine what you prefer.

Hi Sam
Interesting flower, maybe yellow is a bit saturated or it overexposed on the front petals.

Re: Black Eyed Susan
I didn't edit this at all ( I made the mistake of taking it into elements and saving it will nothing changed). It lost a little sharpness but I didn't change the colour or crop it

Re: Black Eyed Susan
I lived and worked in Baltimore for 9 years in the late 60's-early 70's, and with the Maryland state flower being the Black Eyed Susan, shot a lot of these. With that experience, I'd say this shot is perfectly fine. If you think it softened a bit, add a little sharpening, but not really necessary. Do the same with brightness, too, if you want. But it's framable as is! Nice!
