A perfectly fine portrait, Bruce, in my opinion.

I'd wonder about a small tidy up in terms of those wisps of hair at the right hand side (his left) and that little dark mark on his jaw?

Agreed with Donald.

Notice that his button-down collar is not buttoned down. Perhaps that's stylistically intentional, just as people wear laced shoes and intentionally don't tie the laces. If it wasn't intentional, that's the sort of thing to look for before releasing the shutter, especially if the photo was posed.
