Hi,
Can anyone suggest me some good links or good books regarding portrait processing. Preferably B&W processing. I see a lot of portraits really appealing and i can understand PP plays significant role in that. Suggest me links/books it would really help me a lot.

I have this book and love it. Easy to follow, lots of detail and different options for each area.
Broken down into various body parts (eye, mouth, hair and so on).
