    Work on echographic images

I mean images generated by an echographic device, of those which make images to our inside

I have some of these images - just black and white - I would like o work on modifying them, transforming into colored ones.

I know I can always clip on areas and add color to make later an "artistic" modification in CS.
However, I would like something more powerful and quick.

    Any tips please ?

You could do a simple dual tone or tri tone colorization of the b/w... Not sure if this is what you're going for though

Yes, it is for something like that.
    I don't know exactly what I want ...

I mean, I am looking to transform the echos from something gray and flat into something nice and colorful. Festivity like, you know.

Dual or tri tone is not enough. It must be something more colorful. Happier.

It is easy to guess what is the echo about, isn't it ?

I gave a try. What do you think ? A sh...

May be not. 4 square sequential images making a square - all with the same treatment - separated from each other may look nice ...
