    Too much flash?

This is a crop of a picture I took of a dog jumping over a rose bush. Did I improperly adjust the flash compensation? Seems somewhat overexposed.

I think I'd have to agree - the flash compensation is way out. Very amusing - made me laugh out loud.

    That is cool.

Please tell us how to get this effect. It would be sooooooooooo cool to take such shots in crowds.

    You'd probably get arrested.

As for the pic - Looks a bit soft at the edges. Maybe needs sharpening. Exposure seems okay, but background has been allowed to go a bit black!

You need to get the new "Nuclear Fusion" flash from Nikon. The only problem is it does sort of leave your subject a little scorched and the surrounding 10 km area uninhabitable for several decades.

That is an unfortunate side effect due to volatilization of the flesh and hair. I think they are working on it.

Could I get the address of your tailor?

I mean, flesh and hair of dog volatilised, and you still in good shape, that's one good protective suit...Or one heck of a lens

Shots from inside a police car and/or jail cell can be cool too.

The manufacturer recommends the use of a remote trigger for the flash. A VERY remote trigger.
