I found a dead praying mantis the other day, so I decided to try my had at focus stacking...
2x magnification
4x magnification
I used Zerene stacker, and to be honest, had no clue what I was doing, so I just kind of plowed through the defaults. So anyone out there with focus stacking experience who might be able provide some insight, it is greatly appreciated! Any things I could/should have done differently?

Well, you now know an awful lot more about focus stacking than I do, Bill. So I'm not the person to offer any advice.

Me too. I have tried it many times and results do not pass muster.
