    Dandelion

    Hi,

Thought I would try a standard macro shot of a flower, without any water drops in it. It was hard but I managed it. The back ground was blue but I changed it a bit using a Tiffen dual grad filter in PS.

    Cheers

Bobo summed it up perfectly, I think.

    Impressive quality work.

The image at the top really is impressive. Beautiful choice of blue, green and white colors.

I wonder how it would look if the central, ball-shaped part and the "stuff" hanging down from it were darker. I like the contrast of the white seeds against the blue background and want to keep looking at the seeds, but my eye is constantly drawn away to look at the ball and "stuff". Just a thought.

I agree. That first shot is really good. The focus is great and the detail in the parts that are in focus is perfect. I also like the treatment you did to the background - very pleasing.
