    Out today and all it did was rain (yes we get rain)

    That's a beauty, Russell. The light. The tones. The texture. The fact that the texture in the water (as a result of the slower shutter speed) mirrors that of the sky.

    I'm not one for interfering too much with landscape scenery, but I'm wondering if I'd be tempted to think about cloning out that outcrop in the distance up at the right-hand side.

    I like this picture very much! Maybe making the sky a little more dramatic would improve it a little bit. Further well done!

    I agree with all of the above comments, though would encourage you to avoid adding so much drama to the sky that it competes with the rocks. If you do change the sky, don't forget to similarly change its reflection in the water.
