Actually, she sometimes will hold a "pose" - what cats call it I don't know - for several minutes; she did this time, anyway. Thanks for looking and commenting.

I love the shadow contrast. She was being very kind to you. The roses in the background are perfect for balance. A really nice composition, IMHO.

Tom, I came back to look at this. It's really a nice composition, even the darkness of her tail is placed perfectly. She must have had this in mind for days just waiting until you decided to get the camera out. It has a nice homey/relaxed feel to it, while still showing her Grace's majesty.
