There aren't many of them left in the UK now, they need recording.
Yes, I agree with a crop. The sky does create a good general landscape shot, but concentrating on the defensive pill box would work better with 5 x 4 or possibly even 3 x 2 ratio.
Probably a case for creating two different images from this scene.

Used to have lots of those in Castle Gresley; in fact there used to be barbed wire everywhere with MOD keep out signs. Some say they can hear people working underground.
