    Hi Jordan

I like them very much, they both work for me.

In the first one the composition is well balanced but I see a halo around the mountains.

The second one is very moody, the low constrast fits nicely.

But why did you post them under "Image Post-Processing & Printing" ?

Are you looking for feedback on the processing?

OK, Jordan let me know that yes he is looking for feedback on the PP.

    Jordan,

The BW with the rock: I really like the processing on this one, the dynamic range, tone, and clarity are really good. I also like the contrast in the picture, with the strong differences forming fantastic patterns.
The only thing I could say I might change about it is I feel that the midtones could be shifted a little to the darker side.

The Foggy Pic: I like the indistinct and painterly feel of the picture, and the restricted dynamic range. I personally have a hard time making myself use less than the full DNR. Personally I would like to see the subject slightly darker and just a little taken off of the right hand side of the picture. Also it is hard to look at with the JPEG artifacts around the person, but that is probably from the small image size.
